Ergo THINK Reporting was created by Richard Guy, who has managed over 100+ Annual Reports, and David Sweet, previously Head of Accrue Corporate Reporting and Managing Director, Cross Border, a media company operating in the global investor relations market, and backed by Tom and Neil at Ergo Creative. They have brought together an expert and experienced, global, corporate reporting team.

Barry has worked in investor and corporate communications in the UK and Middle East markets for over twenty five years, and has extensive experience across design, digital, and video channels. His career started at the London Stock Exchange and he has worked at Thomson Financial, Investis, and Radley Yeldar. In 2011 he joined Merchant Cantos, the creative agency within the Brunswick Group, to open and manage their first international office in Dubai. In 2017 Barry founded Hawksbury, a specialist investor relations agency, to help clients with their investor communications. Over the years he has worked with companies such as M&S, Tesco, Hammerson, Sage, Aldar, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Saudi Airlines Catering and Saudi Entertainment Ventures.
Digital and Media Designer
With an eye for animation and a passion for iconic graphics and videography, Josh’s meticulous detailing creates clean and communicative graphics. He has created animations, comms design, digital graphics and videos for Mastercard, Barcode Warehouse, The National Archives and Cadent Gas along with many of our other clients. He also has worked on projects for other well-known companies such as Skanska and Balfour Beatty.

Over 25 years of corporate design experience, Richard joined Ergo to help develop the business after the sale of his top 100 Design Group, Accrue Fulton, to Emperor. A natural design entrepreneur, Richard has been instrumental in the formation of the THINK Reporting division. Experienced in all corporate communications, working with long-term financial services FTSE 100 clients, AIM clients, educational, sporting and business charities.
Digital Marketer and Project Manager
Gina works on digital marketing and campaign design and management internally and for our clients, keeping us on trend in the digital marketing world. Her passion for advertising is supported by her degree in Visual Communications. As the digital marketing world progresses daily, her natural interests mean the campaign possibilities for us and our clients are always expanding. Gina is the key contact for our HubSpot Partnership, and also assists with project and account management, working with clients such as Barcode Warehouse and Nord Anglia Education.
Designer and Project Manager
Sarah joined the team in October 2020, and is just starting out in the design industry following a change of career. She has a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design, and a degree in Business Administration, having previously worked as a qualified Accountant for over 15 years. During Sarah’s time in accountancy, she worked at a variety of different companies, including ValueClick Inc., a NASDAQ listed, online-marketing business, MTV Networks Europe, a US owned partnership operating a leading portfolio of cable TV channels, and Paul Mason Consulting Limited, a market leading provider of IT solutions and services to the retail sector. Her responsibilities included financial reporting, management and control, forecasting and budget processes, monitoring the progress of projects and investigating variances.
First joining us while finishing his degree, Chris then stayed on and is now part of our London team. Chris has a high skill level in 2D graphical layouts and 3D modelling creating life like visualisations, fly through animations and interior and exterior scenes, from yachts to packaging. He has previously won awards in design for Taylors of Harrogate, RSA, Nestle; and most recently been recognised as a finalist in BOAT International’s Young Designer of the year award. He has been involved with product and industrial design for some of our key jobs including Jaguar Land Rover and My Key Machine. With a glossy and premium finish his work is of very high standard.
Head of Digital
With over 18 years in the world of web and digital development, Neil has a multitude of skills. He oversees our Digital team and is focused on developing bespoke web systems, applications and server solutions to keep Ergo’s clients ahead of the curve. Projects include those for Microsoft, Dell, Honeywell and countless small businesses. Working on a variety of digital projects, from custom property portals to websites, live video solutions, and interactive kiosks for clients such as Shell, Diageo, GSK, Metro Digital and Thompson Scientific.
Copywriting and Content Consultant
Richard has written or edited over 200 annual reports and CR reports in the past 25 years. He is used to working with board and senior management, communications teams and investor relations specialists. He is a specialist at turning technical language into concise and engaging text, and is adept at applying or creating an agreed tone of voice consistently throughout a report – and across a range of reporting media.
Brand, Strategy and Communications Consultant
Rob is an experienced communications professional and former FTSE100 Board Director. He has held executive roles as corporate affairs director for Kelda Group plc (Yorkshire Water) and Severn Trent plc, where he reported to the Chief Executive and Board. He has extensive corporate experience, managing the full suite of corporate communications functions, including corporate reporting, financial PR, investor relations, CSR and public affairs.

David has over 20 years’ experience working in investor relations and corporate reporting, both as MD at Crossborder (publishers of IR Magazine) and Head of Corporate Reporting at Accrue Fulton. During that time, David has provided strategic content support to hundreds of companies around the world – from FTSE 100 to companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
David has been recognised by the institutional investment community for his work over the years, with his reports winning a number of prestigious international awards.
Designer and Photographer
Kristina’s focus is on graphic design, working on campaigns for clients such as The National Archives and Barcode Warehouse and producing digital graphics and illustrations for Nord Anglia Education. With a love for branding, she has successfully rebranded companies such as Smart Volution and products for InnuScience. With her photography background and a degree in commercial photography, Kristina has previously photographed cars, food, products and interiors. Recently photographing a levitating shoot for Contis, for their new digital campaign.
